This Glorious Day!

Hey there!  Did you miss me...LOL

I feel like I have been away forever!

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I'm still here...
there's just not much going on around here that is blog worthy these days
...just some gardening.

I've been spending some quality time in my yard.
It is the thing I will miss most when we finally find that new house to buy.
We are taking a more relaxed approach to house hunting these days.
We think we've found one but we are waiting for all the details to fall into place.
It's not far from here.  In fact it's just a two minute walk away.

I found these Black Velvet petunias on a recent trip out to the county.
I brought them home and paired them with Tangerine Geraniums and a red spike.

Today the weather is glorious with hardly a cloud in the sky...

So this is where I will be if you are looking for me!
Enjoying this masterpiece I created.

I'm taking my book and heading out back.
To enjoy the sights...

...the sounds and the smells of the garden.

These ones smell like grape Koolaid!

I hope you get out and enjoy this beautiful weather,
and take advantage of all that is in life around you.

Many blessings for a great day!

Cheryl

  2. It is one glorious day today, Cheryl. My garden isn't nearly pulled together, but yours is looking neat and beautiful. (Good thing you can't see the blue arbour stain on me.)

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I hope the house deal works out for you.
